Structural Biology: Cryo-EM and X-ray Crystallography

Our group utilizes cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM) and X-ray crystallography to uncover the molecular structures of proteins and complexes involved in microbial metabolism, signaling, and regulation. These complementary approaches allow us to visualize macromolecular assemblies from near-atomic to atomic resolution, providing insights into their mechanisms and functional dynamics.
